Notice of Final Settlement.
To Virginia Barclay, Elizabeth Banchar, Mary Coats, William D. Ivers. W.S. Ivers
and L.L. Hoppas, heirs at law of E.C. Marston, deceased, late of Allamakee County,
Iowa:
You are hereby notified that on or before the 20th day of Jan. A.D. 1878, there will
be on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Allamakee Co. Iowa,
the final report of G.W. Hanks, Administrator of said Estate, and a petition for
his discharge. And unless you appear and defend before noon of the second day of
the Feb., term of said Circuit Court, to commence on the 3d day of Feb., 1879, said
report will be approved and said Administrator discharged. G.W. Hanks, Administrater.
